Two weeks ago, tennis star Peng Shuai recounted in a Weibo post her story of being sexually assaulted by China's former vice premier, Zhang Gaoli. Although her accusation was almost immediately pulled from Weibo, screenshots of the post were widely shared. But since then, Peng Shuai has not been seen or heard from in public.
