Relax the Body, Relax the Mind

Happy Friday! For many of us, today marks the end of the workweek (or study week). That means it is time to give our bodies and minds a little R&R, and one way to do that is by enjoying a nice shower or bath.


As our contributor 許茹晴 (Jamie) writes in this high-intermediate piece, bathing is good for both the body and mind. Regardless of the season or how we are feeling, it is a moment of relaxation that we can all benefit from. And that's especially true at the end of a long week!

〈洗澡:一個放鬆的時刻〉


經歷了一天的忙碌之後,你會用什麼方法來放鬆疲倦的身體呢?現在,準備來洗一個香香的澡吧!


洗澡,對我而言,是一件愉快而放鬆的事情。溫暖的熱水和洗髮精、沐浴乳的香味,可以幫助我放鬆疲倦的身體和腦袋。洗澡時,可以什麼都不想,讓運轉了一天的腦袋好好休息;也可以自由地幻想、可以大聲地唱歌,把所有的情緒釋放在浴室裡。夏天時,洗澡可以洗去全身的汗和髒汙;冬天時,洗澡可以讓熱水溫暖自己的身體。


洗澡,真的是人生中讓人快樂的事情之一,讓人精神愉快、放鬆。所以記得,不要覺得洗澡很浪費時間,或是隨便沖水就結束;要讓自己好好放鬆,讓忙碌的身體休息。在覺得身體不舒服的時候,也可以考慮泡澡,尤其是泡熱水澡。不過,平時還是以淋浴為主比較好,以免不小心太浪費水資源喔!

洗澡,对我而言,是一件愉快而放松的事情。温暖的热水和洗发精、沐浴乳的香味,可以帮助我放松疲倦的身体和脑袋。洗澡时,可以什么都不想,让运转了一天的脑袋好好休息;也可以自由地幻想、可以大声地唱歌,把所有的情绪释放在浴室里。夏天时,洗澡可以洗去全身的汗和脏污;冬天时,洗澡可以让热水温暖自己的身体。


洗澡,真的是人生中让人快乐的事情之一,让人精神愉快、放松。所以记得,不要觉得洗澡很浪费时间,或是随便冲水就结束;要让自己好好放松,让忙碌的身体休息。在觉得身体不舒服的时候,也可以考虑泡澡,尤其是泡热水澡。不过,平时还是以淋浴为主比较好,以免不小心太浪费水资源喔!
