Happy Friday! For many of us, today marks the end of the workweek (or study week). That means it is time to give our bodies and minds a little R&R, and one way to do that is by enjoying a nice shower or bath.

As our contributor 許茹晴 (Jamie) writes in this high-intermediate piece, bathing is good for both the body and mind. Regardless of the season or how we are feeling, it is a moment of relaxation that we can all benefit from. And that's especially true at the end of a long week!
